Todate, Maria Rufina has conducted over 1000 training programs for companies of various industries locally and globally ( Malaysia, Brunei, Cambodia, Bahrain etc) in the areas of Train The Trainer, Presentation Skills, Management Development Programs, Positive Work Culture, Teambuilding, Quality, Employee Opinion Surveys and many more.
She is a Certified Trainer for Workplace Training & Assessment (Australian Standards); Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) by The International Association of Facilitators, US; Member of the International Federation of Professional Speakers, Faculty Member (Malaysia) & Certified Trainer of Oxford Association of Management, UK (OXIM) and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Management. Maria Rufina is a graduate from University Malaya. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and MBA in Finance to her credit.
Maria Rufina is also active in the social aspects. She is currently the Asst. Hon. Sec-General of the KL & Selangor Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Too add to her credibility, she has appeared on Astro Channel 4 (Berita Astro) and Channel 6 (Business News) in Dec 2006 on addressing Corporate Communication.
