Sponsored 10 students from EWRF for talk on "How to be brilliant Student"
An accomplished speaker and an Aerospace Engineering graduate from the prestigious Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in United States, Mugilan Reko, who is only 22 yrs old, shared his secrets of success through his amazing 'How to Be A Brilliant Student' sessions. This former student of Tamil Serdang School shared how from a humble beginning, he has even worked on projects such as designing and building his own rockets and runs his ownradio show – the Mugi Bugi show ! On the 12th of February 2010, QPAC sponsored 10 EWRF representatives consisting of SPM & STPM-leavers to attend this valuable seminar. Apart from sharing his experiences and achievements, Mugilan also stressed on some techniques to study and overcome challenges. The students found this 4 hour talk very exhilarating and inspiring

'Impacting lives for the better' – This new tagline has been the main driving force for
QPAC to embark on Corporate Social Responsibility. For the year 2010, QPAC’s CSR partner will be EWRF, the Educational, Welfare And Research Foundation. On the 6th February 2009 at the Palace of Golden Horses, this initiative was sealed in the presence of the Minister of Human Resources, YB Datuk Dr. S. Subramaniam. The Educational, Welfare And Research Foundation (EWRF) is a national charitable organization, dedicated to assisting the less privileged. Established in January 1978, its aim is to promote education as the key for advancement and also to generate an awareness of self-worth, discipline and greater participation in the social and economic development of the nation. QPAC will be contributing not only in the form of cash (monthly), but also by providing relevant seminars and other support.
