Training Co-ordinator . Jay has 12 years of Customer Relations background. Currently the key liaison person with clients and facilitators pertaining to training preparation especially logistics and training materials. Jay ensures everything is in place before a training kicks off and also ensures the Post Training Reports reach you on a timely manner.
SABARIAH BINTI ILIAS
Personal Assitant to our CEO, Ms Maria Rufina. Efficient and self motivated, she has 10 years of marketing and people skills to her credit. She has also finance background as she was appointed as a fiinance executive at the Exporters Club Sdn Bhd.
If any inquiries or appointments need to be scheduled, she would be the best person to contact. She is also directly involved in the organizing and updating of the overall systems at QPAC and makes sure it is running smoothly at all times.

Maria Rufina is a successful businesswoman and founder of Q~Performance Consultant, a training provider in Malaysia, which caters for both Multinationals and SMEs in the area of HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT.
Being a trainer, facilitator and coach, as at to date, Maria has conducted over 400 training, facilitation and consultation both locally and internationally. Some of the companies that have benefited from her expertise are Golden Trust (Bahrain), Bahrain Credit (Bahrain), EK Kanoo (Bahrain), Islamic Development Bank (Jeddah, Arab Saudi), Polwell (Singapore), ExxonMobil, Esso Refinery, Aker Kvaerner, KWSP, Institut Pengajian Tinggi Swasta (IPTS) and UIA to name a few
Maria’s area of specialization is in the area of Strategic Thinking & Planning, Management & Leadership Development. She also thrives in bringing out the best of the participants in topics such as Presentation, Facilitation, Train the Trainer and Personal Development.
“Strategies that work, Solutions that matter, Results that last” make up key words which define Maria Rufina’s dedication into her scope of work. She merges the divergent and convergent aspects of a topic to create a training flow that facilitates effective and interesting impart of knowledge and skills. Participants of various levels be it operators, clerks, executives or senior managers, find her training inspiring, thus creating a conviction in them to implement what they have learnt.
Her credentials in training & consultancy are Certified Trainer for Workplace Training & Assessment (Australian Standards); Certified Professional Facilitator by The International Association of Facilitators, US; Faculty Member (Malaysia) & Certified Trainer of Oxford Center of Learning , UK (OXCEL) and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Management.
A graduate from University Malaya, Maria Rufina holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and MBA in Finance to her credit. To add to her credibility, she is also often invited to share her views and expertise in the area of Entrepreneurs Development and Human Capital Development on Astro Channel 4 (Berita Astro) and Channel 6 (Business News).
Maria Rufina’s previous career include QA Engineer in an electronics factory, later promoted to a QA & Training Manager. In her tenure here, she successfully led her team towards acquiring the coveted ISO 9002 certification for 2 branches. She also led several QCC teams towards becoming gold medalists in one of the QCC Conventions held by NPC. Besides, she also assisted in preparing the HQ for the Prime Minister’s Excellence Award. Her career came to a turning point when she joined a Consultant firm as the General Manager. This was where she pursued a career as a trainer and consultant at the same time.
Maria Rufina is the current and only women EXCO member in the KL & Selangor Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry and she is also the immediate past Chairperson of the Women Entrepreneurs of the KL & Selangor Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
